Apronly is a unregistered apron manufacturing brand operating from 140 GP Block, Pitam Pura, New Delhi – 110034, India. Our website is hosted on Shopify. All business conducted through our website is subject to these terms.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

3. Products and Customisation

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images on our website are for representational purposes — slight colour variation due to screen settings or photography is not considered a defect.

For customised orders, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of details submitted (names, logos, text, sizes). Once a customised order enters production, we cannot make changes. We do not accept returns on customised orders unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We do not offer credit or deferred payment unless explicitly agreed upon in writing for bulk orders.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where products are out of stock, payment fails, or the order contains inaccurate information. A full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation from our side.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on timelines and charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Apronly website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the intellectual property of Apronly. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our explicit written permission. If you submit a logo or artwork to us for customisation purposes, you confirm that you own the rights to that content and that using it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Apronly is not liable for any IP infringement claims arising from customer-submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apronly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any matter arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Warranties

We take care to ensure our products are as described and of acceptable quality. However, we make no warranty that products will meet every individual requirement or expectation. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper washing, or alterations by the customer will void any warranty claims.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of our website or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
