Shipping policy

We ship across India. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Pitam Pura, New Delhi. Customised and personalised orders require additional processing time before dispatch — please read the timelines below carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Timelines After Dispatch

These are estimated timelines only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other situations outside our control are not the responsibility of Apronly.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We offer free shipping on orders above a 1999.00 — the applicable threshold is shown on our website and may change during promotional periods.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website. If you have not received tracking information within the stated processing time, please contact us at contact@apronly.in.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing the order. Apronly is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-dispatch charges will apply in such cases.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner makes multiple failed delivery attempts due to the customer being unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for the order to be sent again.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please take photos or a video of the sealed package before opening it, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@apronly.in. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Currently Shipping

We currently ship across all states and union territories of India only. International shipping is not available at this time. This may change in the future — follow us for updates.
