About Customisation and Personalisation

What customisation on aprons options do you offer?

We offer name embroidery, logo embroidery, logo printing (screen and digital), colour customisation, pocket configuration, and strap style options. For bulk corporate orders, we can discuss additional customisation based on your specific requirement. Just tell us what you want and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Can I see how the customisation will look before you start production?

Yes. For all customised orders, we share a final product picture before we start production. You approve it, then we will dispatched your order or you want any changes we can do this also accordingly.

What file format should I send for my logo?

SVG, AI, or high-resolution PNG (minimum 300 DPI) work best for clean embroidery and print work. If you only have a JPEG or a low-res file, send it anyway and we will tell you if it works or what we need instead. We help you figure it out — we do not just reject and move on.

Is there a minimum order quantity for customised aprons?

For personalised individual orders (like a single apron with a name), there is no minimum. For bulk corporate or logo customisation orders, minimums depend on the type of customisation — embroidery can be done from 10 quantities, while certain printing setups make more sense at higher volumes. Email or WhatsApp us your requirement and we will give you a straight answer.

Can I get different customisation on each apron in a bulk order? Like individual names?

Yes. We can do bulk orders where each apron has a different name — same logo, different name for each person. This is popular for restaurant teams and corporate gifting. Share us the name list and we handle the rest.

About the Aprons Themselves

What materials do you use? Will the apron actually last?

We use quality canvas and genuine leather on the product. If you use it, wash it if its fully canvas apron or it apron has leather pockets you cant wash it only dry clean it correctly, and do not abuse it, it will last. We focus on stitch density and fabric weight because those are the two things that separate a good apron from one that falls apart. How do I figure out the right size for me?

We have 5 Years of experience in customized and personalized aprons of pan India and we have some 3 standard, medium and large sizes based on We Indians average height size you can choose size that suits you while checking our product and If you are between sizes or have a specific requirement (taller frame, shorter torso), WhatsApp us and we will help you pick. For bulk orders, we can discuss size adjustments if needed.

Does the embroidery or print fade after washing?

Embroidery does not fade — it is thread, not ink. It will outlast the fabric. For printed customisation, we use quality printing methods that are durable under regular washing, but like all prints, aggressive washing or bleach will reduce the life. Machine wash cold, no bleach — and your print will hold up well. We include a care tag with every customised order.

Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

How long does a customised order take?

Standard customised orders take 2–5 business days for production, then shipping time on top of that. Bulk orders take longer depending on quantity — we confirm the exact timeline before you pay. We do not give you an estimate and then ghost you while it runs over.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship pan-India via courier partners. Delhi NCR is fastest — 1 to 2 business days or even same day delivery if you order at norming before 10 am, and there is not any customization after dispatch. Other metros take 3 to 5 days. Tier 2 and 3 cities a bit longer. Full details are on our shipping policy page.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

For standard orders — yes, before dispatch. For customised orders — within 12 hours of ordering before production starts. Email us immediately at contactapronly@gmail.com if you need to cancel. Once production has started on a custom order, we cannot cancel because the work has begun.
