Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your Apronly purchase. If something is not right, we want to fix it. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within7 days of delivery for eligible products. Returns requested after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. What Can Be Returned

  • Items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Items that were received damaged or defective due to manufacturing or transit
  • Items where the wrong product was delivered (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong item)

3. What Cannot Be Returned

  • Customised and personalised orders — aprons with name embroidery, logo printing, or any personalisation done as per your request cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items for which a return request was not raised within the 7-day window
Customised orders are final. Please double-check all personalisation details — spelling, name, size, colour — before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors in customisation details provided by the customer.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email us at contact@apronly.in or direcly contact +91 9718282339 with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the product condition or defect
  3. We will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm whether it is approved
  4. Once approved, we will share the return address and process. Do not ship the product back before receiving confirmation from us
  5. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect)

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • UPI / Net Banking / Cards: Refund within 1–2 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer — you will be asked to provide your bank details

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for size or product issues on non-customised orders, subject to stock availability. Raise an exchange request the same way as a return — email us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping charges may apply.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. For customised orders, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Email us immediately at contact@apronly.in if you need to cancel.
